Overview:
This project was guided by three strategic goals aimed at enhancing organizational performance:
1. To provide a fresh, objective, and realistic assessment of the organization, with a focus on recognizing employees as unique individuals.
2. To highlight actionable levers for change, through the exploration of essential—and often challenging—questions.
3. To generate innovative ideas that align closely with the organization’s core values and guiding philosophy.
Objective:
The objective was to design a report that was both visually compelling and aligned with the organization’s mission. The main constraint was time: I had just 48 hours to take the project from concept to completion. This included layout, data visualization, and design—while collaborating remotely with a client in a different time zone.
 Methodology:
The first design challenge was accommodating a large volume of text without compromising the clarity or aesthetics of the layout. I approached this by strategically organizing key messages, data, and insights to enhance readability and visual hierarchy. Once the structure was in place, I turned my attention to refining the text’s presentation.
To sustain reader engagement, I integrated a series of illustrations by Héloïse Fontaine between sections, offering visual pauses that supported the narrative flow. Throughout the document, I focused on maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic by leveraging white space to create rhythm and balance—ensuring the design remained elegant, digestible, and on-brand.
