REPORT: TOWARDS A CONSCIOUS ORGANIZATION
Overview:
Three goals to improve performance of an organization:
1. To take a fresh, objective and realistic look at the organization as a whole, with a focus on employees as unique individuals.
2. To highlight actionable levers for change, by debating essential and controversial questions.
3. To come up with innovative ideas that are linked to the core values and philosophy of the organization.

Objective:
The intention was to create a report that is visually attractive and that fits the organization’s purpose. The main challenge was the short timeline to execute this project. I had 48h to design a complete report from concept to finish, including charts and visuals, woking with a client located in a different time zone.

Methodology:
The first challenge was to finding a way to fit a large amount of text into a document while keeping a modern and minimalist style. My strategy focused on organizing the main points, data and information to increase legibility and visibility of the document, thus allowing a full grasp of the conceptual ideas. Then, I was able to switch my focus on the text itself. In order to keep the reader’s attention, I incorporated the illustrations that were provided by Héloïse Fontaine between each chapter. Finally, whenever possible, I tried to maintain a subtle balance throughout the document by playing with negative space.
