Koi Beer is a fictional amber beer brand imagined as a refined yet accessible product, rooted in a deep respect for people, nature, and tradition. Designed as a conceptual case study to showcase branding and product visualization capabilities, this project merges hand-drawn illustration, 3D modeling, and motion design to deliver a fully immersive brand experience.

The goal was to craft a visual identity and product presentation that feels both authentic and aspirational. With an emphasis on accessibility and elegance, Koi Beer was developed to appeal to a wide audience without compromising on quality or storytelling. It serves as a demonstration piece to show potential clients how brand values can be translated into compelling, multi-format visuals.

Methodology:
The project began with a traditional Japanese ink-style drawing of a koi fish, symbolizing harmony, strength, and resilience. This drawing became the cornerstone of the visual identity and was integrated directly into the logo.
Using Blender, a photorealistic beer can was modeled, textured, and rendered. The can features the koi logo and brand colors, positioned to reflect the product’s balance between boldness and tradition. A custom 3D beer glass was also created, complete with accurate liquid textures, foam, and a logo application—offering a photorealistic preview of the beverage in context.
To round out the experience, an animated teaser was produced: a sleek, cinematic ad with a soulful urban soundtrack that introduces Koi Beer with confidence and clarity. The video positions the product as fresh, modern, and rooted in craftsmanship, inviting viewers to imagine the taste—and the lifestyle—behind the brand.
