WELCOMING KIT • ROTARY CLUB SATELLITE SAINT-DENIS DOYEN
Overview:
The Rotary Club Satellite Saint-Denis Doyen needed to develop its internal communication tools. Before being fully integrated to the club, new members are required to complete a 3-months training with their designated mentor. Mentors and mentees meet every other week for 30 minutes in order to address various topics such as how the club operates throughout the year, club history, club actions, organization, club’s relation to the district, etc.

Methodology:
For this document, I worked closely with another member of the Saint-Denis Doyen Satellite club who was in charge of providing the content. Based on the purpose of this document, I suggested an interactive PDF format to help new member manage and visualize their progress by following and reviewing the checklist with their mentor. My goal was to design a document that could easily be updated based on the evolution of the club. I opted for visual separation by attributing a different color (from the Rotary brand identity) for each chapter. I also placed full page images at the end of each chapter to highlight the mission of the Rotary and make a call for action. Finally, I added watercolors on the cover pages to be consistent with the public image of the club.
